Include your favorite things on your gift list

I can’t help but have Julie Andrews singing in my head when I think of making a list of my favorite things. While whiskers on kittens and warm woolen mittens aren’t on my list, I would gladly accept a brown paper package of some of my favorite things for a gift. That’s why I have a list in my Giftster account that is dedicated to the things I like best.

This is a good list to refer to if you’re looking to get a stocking stuffer for someone at Christmas time or a little something just because. Also, if you find that you’re stumped at what to give someone for a special occasion, you can never go wrong with giving them one of their favorite things.

I have various items on my favorite things list ranging from super simple to a little on the silly side. For instance, I love novelty socks. Whether they’re slipper socks or socks with cartoon characters on them or those silly socks that are like foot gloves, I enjoy them all. They’re simple, inexpensive, and will always put a smile on my face.

Some of my favorite things are a little more specific, like my preference in tea. I really like the tea from a store called Tea Gschwendner. My favorites are their black and rooibush teas. You can only buy these teas online or if you’re lucky enough to be close to one of their stores in Chicago. The teas on my list aren’t expensive, but where to look for them is very specific. Adding this item to my list and saying where it can be found gives others in my group an idea of where to start.
